What our customers are saying

★★★★★
“I'm extremely happy with my experience with Phenom Home Solutions. We had a 3-head ductless heat pump installed over a year ago and it has made a huge difference. The heating and cooling have been excellent, and we've saved a lot on our Hydro bill. We have baseboard heaters as well, but we barely have to turn them on anymore. We really only need them when it gets colder than -30°C, which doesn't happen very often in the North Bay area.
Recently, we also had a backup battery system installed and we're extremely happy with that as well. Between the heat pumps and the battery system, our Hydro bill has dropped to almost $0, which has been amazing.
Very happy with everything and the service from Phenom Home Solutions. Highly, highly recommend them!”

“I had a great experience with Phenom Home Solutions. From the first conversation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel pressured. They helped me understand my options, the available rebates, and the financing, which made the whole process much easier than I expected.
The team was very helpful and easy to deal with, and I'm really happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Phenom Home Solutions to anyone looking to upgrade their heating or cooling system.”
